Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bria's Nurse Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a return label. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
